Fortrydelsesret
Du har masser af tid til at genoverveje dit køb: Hvis du fortryder dit køb inden 14 dage efter modtagelsen, kan du returnere det, for en refusion eller ombytning til andre varer, forudsat at de returnerede vare(r) er uåbnede og i den samme stand som modtaget. Forsendelsesomkostningerne betales af kunden. Glem ikke at vedlægge en kopi af fakturaen!  For kurser, workshops, konferencer og andre events gælder individuelle regler for fortrydelse og aflysning. Disse regler oplyses i forbindelse med tilmelding og køb af hvert enkelt event.  

Personlige oplysninger
Alle oplysninger behandles så diskret som muligt. Informationen bruges kun i forbindelse med levering, og vores e-mail-tjenester, hvis du har tilmeldt dig det. Alle kortoplysninger krypteres mellem din browser og PBS (Payment Business Service / De danske elektroniske betalingsudbydere selskab) server. Vi garanterer, at vi aldrig vil udleje, sælge eller på anden måde deler personlige oplysninger med en tredjepart.  

Leveringstid
Lagervarer afsendes normalt inden to arbejdsdage. Varer vi ikke har på lager afsendes normalt dagen efter at vi modtager dem. Du kan se detaljer og leveringstid for hver vare i varebeskrivelsen.  

Priser
Alle priser er inkl. 25% moms. Vi hævder retten til at foretage prisændringer på ethvert tidspunkt og vi tager forbehold for at der kan forekomme tastefejl på hjemmesiden.  

Forsendelsesomkostninger
Vi vil som udgangspunkt altid bruge den billigste forsendelsesmetode. Leveringsomkostninger betales af kunden, og du vil kunne se de aktuelle omkostninger i forbindelse med køb og "Checkout". Du er også velkommen til at afhente dine varer fra vores kontor / klinik i København, men husk først at kontakte os for at aftale et tidspunkt.   

Risici
Quantum Health Scandinavia er ansvarlig for levering til kunden, og hvis din varebliver beskadiget eller stjålet, vil vi naturligvis gensende en ny. Hvis de oplyste adresseoplysninger er forkerte eller varen ikke er blevet afhentet på posthuset inden udløbsdatoen, og vi derfor er nødt til at sende den igen, vil de ekstra leveringsomkostninger blive pålagt kunden. Hvis fejlen er foretaget af speditøren, vil de ofte betale de ekstra omkostninger.  

Betalingsbetingelser
Følgende kreditkort kan bruges i vores webshop: Dankort, e-Dankort, Visa, Visa-Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB Card eller PayPal. Når du foretager betaling med dit kreditkort behøver du kun at skrive dit kortnummer, udløbsdato og CVC. Det er gratis at betale med kreditkort, da vi betaler alle transaktionsomkostninger.  

Betaling
Pengene trækkes ikke fra din kontor før din(e) vare(r) afsendes fra vores kontor. Når det gælder kurser, workshops, konferencer og andre events bliver beløbet trukket med det samme. 

Sikkerhed
Alle oplysninger om dit kreditkort er beskyttet, hvilket betyder, at det er krypteret mellem din internet-browser (kunden) og serveren hos PBS (Payment Business Service / den danske elektroniske betalingstjenester selskab). Ingen af informationerne når vores kontor, men sendes direkte til PBS. Derfor kan vi ikke genbruge de oplysninger for at debitere dig, hvis du skulle beslutte dig for at afgive endnu en ordre.  

Kvittering
Kort efter din bestilling er accepteret, vil du modtage en bekræftelses e-mail. Umiddelbart efter at du har gennemført din ordre kan du se / udskrive en kvittering fra ordre siden.  

E-handel og forbrugerrettigheder
Din ordre er underlagt almindelig dansk købelov.

Vi anvender Cookies i udvekslingen af oplysninger mellem dig og vores server. En cookie indeholder oplysninger, og det er gemt på din harddisk, så længe du bruger nogen af vores web-tjenester. Shopping Conditions 

Safety warranty
You have plenty of time to re-consider your purchase: If you regret your purchase within 14 days after receipt, you may return the items for a refund or exchange to other items, provided that the returned item(s) are unopended with seals unbroken and in the same condition as received. Shipping charges are paid by the customer. Please do not forget to include a copy of the invoice!

When purchasing courses, workshops, conferences and other events individual rules for cancellation applies. The cancellation policy for each event is clearly stated on the sign up page for the event.

Personal information
All information is treated as discrete as possible. Information is only used in connection with shippings, and mail-service if you signed up for it. All card information is encrypted between your browser and the PBS (Payment Business Service / The Danish electronic payment service company) server. We guarantee that we will never rent, sell or in any other way share any personal information with a third party.

Delivery time
Stock items are normally dispatched within two working days and non-stock items dispatched the same or next day after we recieve them. Please see the details and delivery time for each item in the Product description.

Prices
All prices include 25% VAT. We claim the right to make price changes at any time and writing errors can occur

Shipping costs
We always try to use the cheapest shipping method. Delivery costs is paid by the customer, and is showed for each order on the second page during the Checkout. You are also welcome to collect your good(s) from our office/Clinic in Copenhagen, but remember to call first to make sure that we are avaliable to serve you.

Risks
Quantum Health Scandinavia is responsible for the delivery to the customer, and shold your item(s) be damaged or stolen, we will of course re-ship. If the address information is wrong (fx. part of name, street number or floor is missing) or the parcel wasn't picked up at the post office before the expiration date, and therefore has to be sent again, the shipping cost will be paid again by the customer. If the error is made by the shipping company, they will often pay the extra costs, if you show documentation (the original package).

Methods of payment
The following credit cards can be used in our webshop: Dankort, e-Dankort, Visa, Visa-Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB Cards or PayPal. When you make payment with your credit card you only need to write your card number, expiration date, and CVC. It is free to pay with credit cards, as we pay all transfer costs.

Payment
The payment remains on your bank account until the item(s) dispatches from our office. When purchasing courses, workshops, conferences and other events your bank account will be charged at the registration.

Safety
All information about your credit card are protected, which means that it is encrypted between the internet browser (customer) and the server at PBS (Payment Business Service/the Danish electronic payment services company). None of the information reaches our office, but is sent directly to PBS, and therefore we can't re-use the information to charge you, if you decide to place another order.

Reciept
Shortly after your order is accepted, you will recieve a confirmation email. Immediately after your order is placed you can see/print a reciept from the order page. If you are returning an item, you have to put the reciept in the package.

E-trade law and consumer agreements
Your order is submissioned regular danish law.

Cookies
In the exchange of information between you and our server, we are using cookies. A cookie contains information and it is stored on your harddrive as long as you are using any of our web services. The cookie is used to distinguish beetween you and our other customers, and it is commonly used in all webshops.
